These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Nexmoe, an individual operator based in the People's Republic of China (“Nexmoe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates SponNow. By visiting SponNow, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use SponNow for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SponNow lets independent creators publish a profile, showcase work, offer sponsorship plans and benefits, accept one-time sponsorships and monthly memberships, and maintain sponsor relationships. Sponsors can choose a plan, provide payment and display details, and view eligible orders or subscriptions from their account.

The plan description, price, currency, billing period, benefits, and any additional conditions shown before checkout are part of your order. We may improve or change non-material features, but we will not retroactively change the price or material benefits of a completed one-time order.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Automated agents may act only through capabilities that an account holder authorizes. You remain responsible for agent configuration and must not use an agent to evade these Terms or another person’s permissions.

Prices and supported currencies are shown before you submit payment. Applicable taxes and the final total are displayed at checkout. Payment processing and billing are provided by Waffo Pancake, our payment provider and merchant of record where identified at checkout. Its terms may also apply to your transaction.

Your card or other payment credentials are submitted directly to Waffo Pancake and are not stored on SponNow servers. We receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, billing email, and related order information so we can confirm payment, provide benefits, prevent fraud, and support you.

A sponsorship is confirmed only after the payment provider reports that payment succeeded. You authorize us and Waffo Pancake to correct processing errors and to reverse or refund a transaction where required.

Each renewal begins a new billing period. Renewal is automatic; we do not require a new checkout each month. If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it and access to subscription benefits may be paused or ended. Any price increase applies only after advance notice and, where required, your consent.

You may cancel a subscription online at any time without calling us. Sign in using your payment email, open Dashboard → Orders → Subscription, choose “Manage my subscriptions,” and complete cancellation in the Waffo Pancake billing portal. You may also request cancellation by emailing nexmoei@gmail.com from the billing email address.

Cancellation stops future renewals and has no cancellation fee. Unless we state otherwise or issue a refund, benefits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not delete your SponNow account. We process verified account-deletion requests within 90 days, while retaining transaction records where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other law requires it.

Because access, recognition, and creator benefits may begin immediately, payments are final except in the eligible cases below or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise:

• Your first charge for a paid plan, if you request a refund within 7 calendar days and no material plan benefit has been delivered or substantially used.
• A duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charge that we verify.
• A verified SponNow service outage lasting more than 72 continuous hours that materially prevented use of the paid benefit.
• Any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law.

Email nexmoei@gmail.com with your billing email, transaction identifier, reason, and relevant evidence. We aim to acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to post them. Before starting a chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.

You keep ownership of profile information, project descriptions, images, links, sponsor messages, and other content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve SponNow. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods and legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it is accurate and lawful. Sponsor names, logos, links, and messages are public only when the sponsor chooses a public display option. An anonymous choice hides those fields from the public Sponsor Wall, but it does not hide billing information from us, the supported creator, or the payment provider.

You must not use SponNow to:

• break a law, regulation, sanction, or another person’s rights;
• publish deceptive, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or malicious content;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent a sponsorship, or manipulate payment or public ranking data;
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape without permission, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or compromise the service; or
• use SponNow for prohibited goods, fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.

We may remove content, pause payments, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or meet payment-network requirements.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, our service providers, retention periods, and your rights. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please report a suspected security or privacy incident to nexmoei@gmail.com.

SponNow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee sponsorship results, audience growth, revenue, or the continued availability of third-party links or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid through SponNow in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

You may stop using SponNow at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us, but you must separately cancel active subscriptions to stop renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or payment failure. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, licenses already granted for lawful archival use, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you and we agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it by email. Courts with competent jurisdiction where the operator is located will hear unresolved disputes, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another forum or law.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. For a material change, we will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by email or a prominent in-service notice unless an urgent legal or security change requires faster action. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
